These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CleanerMax mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

01Use of the App

CleanerMax is a utility application that helps you identify and remove duplicate photos, similar photos, large videos, and other media files to free up storage on your device. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

02Subscriptions and Payments

CleanerMax offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price shown at the time of purchase.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings at any time.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies; you may request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

03Deletion of Media

The App helps you delete media files that you select or confirm for deletion. Deleted items are moved to your device's "Recently Deleted" album per standard iOS behavior and can typically be recovered within 30 days. You are solely responsible for reviewing files before deletion. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from deletions you perform using the App.

04Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding your personal media), is owned by CleanerMax and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App without our prior written consent.

05Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App;
• Resell, rent, or sublicense the App or access to its features.

06Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will identify all duplicate or unwanted files.

07Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanerMax and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

08Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

09Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
