This Privacy Policy describes how CleanerMax ("we", "us", or "the App") handles information when you use our mobile application.
The short version: your photos never leave your phone, and we collect nothing about you.
01Information We Do Not Collect
CleanerMax does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Specifically, we do not collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information
- Your photos, videos, or any media files
- Your location data
- Your contacts or calendar data
- Device identifiers used for tracking purposes
02On-Device Processing
All photo and video scanning, analysis, and cleaning performed by CleanerMax happens entirely on your device. Your media files are never uploaded to our servers or any third party. When the App requests access to your photo library, that access is used solely to identify duplicate, similar, or large files and to perform the cleaning actions you initiate.
03Photo Library Access
CleanerMax requires permission to access your photo library in order to function. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device Settings. Deleting media through CleanerMax uses the standard iOS deletion flow, and deleted items are moved to your "Recently Deleted" album, where they remain recoverable for up to 30 days.
04Purchases and Subscriptions
CleanerMax offers auto-renewable subscriptions processed entirely through Apple's App Store. Payment and transaction data are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your payment information. We may receive anonymized transaction confirmations from Apple solely to unlock premium features on your device.
05Third-Party Services
CleanerMax does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The App does not display third-party advertisements.
06Children's Privacy
CleanerMax is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.
07Data Security
Because CleanerMax does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal data stored on our servers that could be exposed. All processing remains local to your device and is protected by your device's own security measures.
08Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights regarding personal data such as access, correction, and deletion. Since CleanerMax does not collect personal data, these rights are inherently respected. If you have any questions about your privacy, you may contact us at any time.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
